The Theory Mastery System and the Study Tracker are delivered as online access. There are no physical goods, no courier, and no shipping charges anywhere in India or abroad.

How you receive access

• Complete your payment securely through Razorpay.
• You are automatically redirected to the Thank You page.
• Tap the access request button on the Thank You page to request your access.
• Our team verifies your payment and grants access to your Google account within 12 hours.

Delivery timeline

Access is granted within 12 hours of your access request — usually much sooner. You will be able to open the System and tracker on any phone, tablet or laptop.

Didn’t receive access?

• If 12 hours have passed, email hellochartervault@gmail.com or message us on WhatsApp.
• Share your payment/order ID and the email used at checkout.
• We will resend your access the same day.

Correct details matter

Please enter a valid email and phone number at checkout. Delays caused by incorrect contact details are not counted within the 12-hour window.
