Refund Policy
The Theory Mastery System is delivered instantly. Please read this policy carefully before purchasing — and try the free Module 1 sample first if you are unsure.

Digital delivery — no automatic refunds
Because access to the complete System is delivered digitally after payment (within 12 hours of your access request) and remains yours forever, purchases are generally non-refundable once access has been delivered.
Try before you buy
We publish the Module 1 sample free of cost so you can judge the writing, structure, and method before paying anything. We strongly recommend reading it first.
When we do issue a refund
- You were charged twice for the same order.
- Payment was deducted but access was never delivered and we are unable to fix it.
- You received a corrupted or incomplete file that we cannot replace.
How to request a refund
- Email hellochartervault@gmail.com within 7 days of the transaction.
- Include your payment/order ID and the email used at checkout.
- Describe the issue so we can verify it quickly.
Processing time
Approved refunds are initiated within 3–5 working days and typically reflect in your account within 5–10 working days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
Cancellations
As access is delivered digitally and stays with you permanently, orders cannot be cancelled once payment is completed. There is no recurring subscription and nothing to cancel later.
Chargebacks
Please contact us before raising a dispute with your bank. Most access issues are resolved the same day.
