Information we collect

• Name, email address, and WhatsApp number, when you request the free Module 1 sample, enter the launch giveaway, or purchase.
• Your course stream (CA, CS, or CMA) and level (Foundation / CSEET, Intermediate / Executive, or Final), so we can show and deliver the correct edition and tracker.
• Order details: selected items (such as the Study Tracker add-on), coupon used, amount, and payment confirmation returned by our payment partner (order ID, payment ID, status). We never see or store your card, UPI, or bank credentials.
• Reviews you choose to submit (first name, course, rating, and feedback) and whether you consented to it being shown on the website.
• Basic technical data such as browser type, device, and pages visited, used to keep the site fast and secure.

How we use your information

• To deliver the free Module 1 sample and the full Theory Mastery System, including granting Google Drive / Google Sheets access to your email.
• To match you with the edition and tracker for your stream and level.
• To contact you on WhatsApp or email about your order, access, launch updates, and offers. You can opt out any time by replying STOP or emailing us.
• To run the launch-day giveaway and contact selected winners.
• To issue invoices, provide support, and resolve payment or access issues.
• To display reviews on the website only when you have explicitly ticked the sharing consent (first name only).

What we never do

• We never sell, rent, or trade your personal information.
• We never store payment card, UPI, or bank details on our servers.
• We never share your data with third parties for their own marketing.
• We never publish your review, email, or phone number without your consent.

Service providers

We rely on trusted providers to run the service: Razorpay to process payments, a secure cloud database to store lead and order records, Google Drive and Google Sheets to deliver the System and tracker, and WhatsApp / Telegram / email for communication. These providers process data only as needed to provide their service.

Data retention

Order records are retained for as long as needed to provide lifetime access and to meet tax and accounting requirements. Free-sample and giveaway leads are kept until you ask us to delete them. You may request deletion of your marketing data at any time.

Your rights

• Request a copy of the data we hold about you.
• Request correction or deletion of your data.
• Withdraw consent for WhatsApp or email marketing at any time.
• Write to hellochartervault@gmail.com for any privacy request; we respond within 7 working days.

Cookies

We use essential cookies and local storage needed for the site and checkout to function. If we add advertising measurement tools (such as Meta Pixel) to understand campaign performance, they will be used only for that purpose.

Children

Our System is meant for students preparing for CA, CS, and CMA exams. If you are under 18, please use the site with a parent or guardian's consent.

Changes to this policy

If this policy changes materially, we will update the date above and, where appropriate, notify you by email or WhatsApp.
